We consider this to be our personal hideaway, complete with private lanai with privacy fencing and use of the Southard Court pool around the corner.
My wife and I purchased 212 Fleming in January of 2022 after renting in Truman annex every year for 25 years. We wanted something larger than the shipyard units so it would feel more like a home. We named it "Green Turtle Cottage" to give the house a personality. It sits in the corner of the neighborhood among two other houses like it (Saltwater Sapphire and Serene Lily) which give it a nice private feeling. We have a special relationship with Craig and Cindy Tellerd of Craig and Cindy's Key West Rentals who remain as the rental management and previous owners of the home. They are very familiar with our house and you can be sure you are well cared for. We intend to keep making improvements being our second home in a place we love to visit. We love to get suggestions for any improvements you think would make it more comfortable.
